JENNIFER LUNT

I am a watercolor and acrylic artist, educator, avid gardener, and indoor plant collector. My studio is based out of my home in KCMO where I live with my fiancé and beautiful daughter. I specialize in watercolor house portraits and acrylic animal portraits. My acrylic animal portrait ornaments and magnets are a client favorite.

As a biology teacher, I have a deep appreciation for the beauty of the natural world, and nature is often the center of my pieces. Nature has always been a huge inspiration to me, starting from my childhood living near the Sandia Mountains in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to the changing seasons and sunflower fields in Kansas. Painting brings me peace and offers a place to meditate and focus on the beauty in the world.
