This year, I’m focusing my creative energy solely on custom watercolor house portraits. Each home I paint holds its own history and heart, and I’m excited to continue capturing those special memories in watercolor.
As I balance life as a mom, high school biology teacher, and graduate student, I’m narrowing my offerings to ensure each piece receives the time and care it deserves.

Shipping Policy
All watercolor house portraits are carefully packaged and shipped from my studio in Kansas City, Missouri. Each piece is backed with sturdy board, and shipped flat via USPS with tracking and insurance, paid for by the client.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for completion before shipping. Once mailed, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your painting’s journey home.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged artwork or packaging. These photos are required to file an insurance claim and process a refund or replacement. Without photo documentation, I’m unable to issue a refund since USPS requires proof of damage for insurance coverage.
